Ranjay Gulati, Harvard Business School professor and Best selling author needed a clearer and more consistent digital presence to support his thought-leadership work and the momentum leading up to his upcoming book. Although his content carried strong ideas, the platforms lacked a structured strategy capable of scaling visibility, reaching younger audiences, and maintaining consistent engagement.

RESULTS

Over three months, Ranjay’s LinkedIn performance expanded significantly. Impressions grew 130% in three months (and over 500% in six), while content interactions increased 100%, reflecting stronger resonance and higher engagement across posts. His audience grew from 22k to 63k+, contributing to 130k+ total reach and 15k engagements over six months. Link clicks also rose, showing clearer interest in his thought-leadership content and CTAs. His LinkedIn Newsletter followed the same upward trend, with subscriber growth of 30% in three months and impressions/views nearly doubling, confirming long-form insights continued attracting recurring reader attention.

YouTube also improved substantially. Views nearly doubled, while retention rose from 34% to 55.5%, signaling viewers stayed engaged longer. The channel generated 8x more new subscribers than August, and the monthly audience more than doubled.
